Somewhere in a posh part of Amsterdam, three debauched characters lodge on a ramshackle little boat. Dirk is a down-and-out architect, John a hard-drinking ex-rocker, and Quickie an agile and voluble guy who has been turned away by all institutions as a nuisance. When they bump into the laptop of the public prosecutor lying in the street, they try to cash in on the incriminating files it contains.
